So we decided to take alittle walk around the house Sunday morning. We just wanted to check things to make sure that nothing needed to be tended to before the cold, rain and snow hit! Well, much to our surprise in our tiny garden there were 4 beautiful green onions growing! It was quite a surprise! It was a neat site to see such beautiful green growing amongst the composting plants from this years garden! We enjoyed them last night! We stir fried them with tofu and ate with rice! Yummo! Its the simple surprises somethings that are the most exciting!
