I am happy to report that this mix was free from tree/peanut, dairy and gluten! Yay! I have made biscuits, pancakes and waffles with this mix! We have enjoyed the pancakes and waffles, but the biscuits were just "okay" as far as the kids were concerned! Often times you can find coupons to help lower the cost. Currently, there is an .85 cent one out there! If your store doubles you can get some cheap with if paired with a sale!
