Spicy Tofu

This recipe was adapted from the Whole Foods recipe roll. Its a great dish, warm or cold!
1/2 lb rice noodles
3/4 cup peanut sauce
4 scallions, sliced
2T sesame seeds
1 t red pepper flakes
1 package tofu
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse until cool, drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss until well combined.
