Rice and Bean Casserole

Rice and Bean Casserole

3 cups cooked brown rice
2 cups cooked pinto or black beans
1 cup corn
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 shredded cheese of your choice

Preheat oven to 350. Oil baking dish. Mix rice, beans corn and salsa together. Pour into prepared dish and cover with cheese. Cover dish and bake 15-20 minutes and enjoy.
