Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 c sugar
3 c flour
1 t soda
1 t salt
2 t cinnamon
3 c sliced apples
1 c nuts
1c butterscotch chips
Mix oil and eggs, let stand a few minutes. Add sugar and mix by hand with a spoon and let stand 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, apples, nuts and butterscotch chips. Add last cup of flour. Pour into ungreased pan and bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn down to 350 for 40 minutes.
** Cake batter will be lumpy and chunky, don't worry!
