Saltine Special Cookie

This fun and easy recipe came from my mom, I am unsure where she got it from.  This cookie is great all year round! :)

SALTINE SPECIAL COOKIE

Line a cookie sheet with foil.(spray lightly)

Place one layer of saltines on the cookie sheet.
In sauce pan bring 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of butter to a boil n boil for one minute.
Heat oven to 350
Pour sugar n butter mixture over saltines
Bake at 350 for 7 minutes

Remove from oven -cover evenly with choc chips(12 ounce pkg)either semi sweet or milk choc--return back to oven for one minute
Take out n spread choc chips --top with one cup of nuts -any kind you want.

Refrigerate for 3 hours
Enjoy!! you can cut them or break them in pieces
