Gnocchi and Brussel Sprouts

This is a super yummy dish! As you can see I love Brussel Sprouts and eat a lot of them! They are good for you, but kind of an acquired taste. :)
Simply pan fry fresh or frozen gnocchi, add steamed brussels and top with Parmesan cheese. You can also pan saute some mushrooms to add to the mix!
