I needed some cube cheese last week and went to grab an easy pre-cut bag of cheese from the shelf. Then I stopped and read the prices. I figured that the pre-cut was more, but it was quite a bit more. By buying a large bulk cheese block I got 3 times the amount of cheese for the same price I would have paid for the pre-cut. I guess sometimes it pays to stop and look! LOL It only took me about 3 minutes to cut the cheese into cubes when I got home! Well worth the savings! And the extra cheese....it didn't go to waste :)
