Best Ever Mac and Cheese


This mac and cheese was nice and thick!  I loved it!  And so did my entire family!

2 cups elbows, cooked (just over 1 cup uncooked)
2 cups rigatoni
1.5 cups cottage cheese
1.5 cups sour cream
2 eggs
24 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix in large bowl and transfer to greased 9X13 pan.  Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

This dish feeds a crowd and you can have fun by mixing up the noodle kinds!
