What's for lunch? Creamy Primavera Risotto


Today my lunch was made possible with the Tastemakers Program at Foodbuzz in partnership with BirdsEye Chef's Favorites.  I was provided several options and I choose the Creamy Primavera Risotto.  Preparation was simple!  I could microwave for 4 minutes and let stand 1 minute or cook on the stove top for a total of 10 minutes. I was very excited by the creamy taste of this risotto!  The peas and carrots tasted very fresh :) This dish was quick and tasty!  Definitely something that helped out this busy mom!  Thanks for the opportunity to sample Birds Eye Chef's Favorites!
