So I have been interested in getting my feet wet in this whole "once a month cooking" idea. Granted...its a big endeavor and many people are super successful at it, but I want to take baby steps :) I want to start with breakfasts and snacks, and keep the focus at lunch and dinner more of a fresh approach. So we will see! I plan to do it while the kids are napping or after bedtime, which could mean some later nights for me every once in a while, but I think that it will help with breakfast time! Time will tell! I hope that you'll join me on my journey! I'll be posting about freezing cooking with waffles on Monday morning! I know you are excited! LOL
