Tofu Fingers




This is a very easy snack, lunch or side dish!  Take a package of tofu and slice into thin fingers.  Dip tofu in water to moisten the outside then dip into a bowl of fresh bread crumbs.  Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.  Times may vary depending on your oven!

To make the bread crumb mixture you can use store bought crumbs or put some of your bread into a baggie and smash up.  Mix the crumbs with a dash of oregeno and basil to give some extra flavor!  If your feeling cheesy a dash of parm cheese works great as well!
