So as I am making bread (and making mistakes) I am trying to document my journey :) This bread still tasted great but had a large break on the side. When I took my first bread making class from, K Grains, they gave me a cheat sheet to help with mistakes that might arise. Here is what I can do to help reduce the break in my bread for next time:
decrease oven temp
allow more time for rising
shape loaf better (I think this is my problem!!)
