Vegan Fudge

One of my classmates from HS posted this on FB.  He made it for his sister who had become Vegan for the Lenten Season.  This recipe is super easy and was adapted from an recipe.

  • 1 cup Vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup maple syrup

  • Directions

    1. Melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter and maple syrup in a double boiler over medium heat, stirring continually until smooth. Pour into a dish lined with parchment paper; refrigerate 6 hours to overnight before cutting to serve.
