Green Bean and Corn Casserole - with a creamy twist

This was really good, its not your typical green bean casserole!

1 can corn (can use fresh, can or frozen)
1 can French style green beans (preferably seasoned - if available)
1 - 8oz. container of Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1 - can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small white onion diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
15 (or so) crushed  Ritz crackers (for a topping)


Mix green beans, corn, diced onion, sour cream, & cream of mushroom soup & salt & pepper together. Pour mixture into a casserole dish & sprinkle crushed ritz crackers on the top, evenly.
If extra desired richness  drizzle some light melted margarine over crushed ritz topping.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly & golden.
