Toasted Nuts with Braggs

This is an simple and healthy snack!  Take your favorite nuts and/or seeds.  Bake in oven on 350 for 3 minutes, shake pan, bake another 2-3 minutes (be careful they will burn fast).  Then sprinkle with Braggs Amino or Soy Sauce!  Keep in an air tight container for up to a week!
