1 1/2 cup dry lentils
1/2 cup brown rice
6 1/2 cup water
1 t of salt
Boil in medium saucepan until lentils and rice are done.
Saute 2-3 medium onions in olive.
Mix together.
You can top the lentils/rice with diced tomato, cumber and parsley.
