We recently went strawberry picking...as you can see the little one loved it! I think he ate more strawberries then we took home.
I made some great tasting jelly. It didn't use gelatin or pectin. I used 2 quarts strawberries and 6 cups sugar. I have tried to use less sugar but it doesn't set. I have not yet explored with splendia or other types. If anybody has let me know if it worked. After I made the jelly I canned it so we can enjoy it for months to come!
