Pumpkin Crisp

Pumpkin Crisp

Oven: 350 for 55-60 minutes
Serves: 20-24

** Must chill before serving

1 29oz can pumpkin
1 13 oz can evaporated milk
1 c sugar
1/4 t pumpkin pie spice
1/4 t cinnamon
3 eggs
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 c pecans
1/2 c butter

Beat pumpkin, milk, sugar, spices and eggs together and pour into 9X13 glass baking dish sprayed with baking spray. Evenly sprinkle cake mix over the top. Then sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with melted butter. After baking at 350 for 55-60 minutes, refrigerate until cold before serving and cutting into squares. Tastes great with ice cream and whipped cream!
