This is an awesome recipe from my friend Amy...she's just so crafty!
Spiced Nuts
1 egg white
1 t water
4 c nuts
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 c sugar
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Beat egg whites and water. Add nuts and spice, then mix in sugar. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completly before breaking into small chunks! Enjoy!
