Broccoli Soup

1 medium onion, chopped
2 bunches broccoli chopped
3 cups veggie broth
1 1/4 T nutritional yeast
1/8 t cumin
1/8 t nutmeg
1/4 c half and half (can use fat free)
1/2 shredded cheese (reduced fat)

1. Saute onion, then add broccoli, veggie broth and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Stir in nutritional yeast, cumin and nutmeg; reduce heat and simmar, partially covered for 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
2. Working in batches, puree soup in food processer until smooth. Return to pan, stir in half and half sprinkle with cheese and serve.
