Milk and Honey Balls

Here is a quick and easy snack idea from The Super Food book. Simply mix 1 cup of dried milk, 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter and 1/2 cup of honey.

Next, roll mix into balls. You may need to play with the amounts to get the correct consistency for your child's age.

This recipe makes 18 MH balls, you may need to cut the recipe down. You can also substitute soy butter instead of PB for those children under the age of 2. You could add extras such as cinnamon or chocolate chips for fun.
